Adalberto Santos de Vasconcelos has been the special secretary of Brazil’s Investment Partnership Program (PPI) since February 2017. A civil servant with large experience in auditing and control, he was previously the director and secretary at the Secretariat for Privatizations Oversight of the Brazilian Federal Court of Auditing and Accountability (TCU). Santos was also an engineer for the Brasília subway. He holds a graduate certificate in regulation of public services from Serzedello Corrêa Institute and in public auditing from Fundação Getulio Vargas. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Brasília.
