POSTPONED: Telecommunications in Mexico – An Overview

NOTE: This event has been postponed until 2017.

AS/COA will host a public panel with experts on what's ahead for Mexico’s telecommunications. The event will feature a keynote address by Secretary of Communications and Transportation Gerardo Ruiz Esparza and a panel discussing Mexico’s latest developments in the telecommunications sector since the enactment of the reform approved in 2014. Topics for debate include the status of implementation and new regulatory framework, digital inclusion, the Mexico Conectado program, the new competitive environment, investment opportunities, and how to address remaining challenges and opportunities for the public and private sector.
