LatAm Minute: Clemente del Valle on Colombia's Infrastructure Ambitions

The president of Colombia's National Development Finance Agency explained the reasoning behind the largest infrastructure plan in the country’s history.

In a new audio series, AS/COA Online's Rachel Glickhouse speaks to Clemente Del Valle, president of Colombia's National Development Finance Agency, a development bank which supports the financing of infrastructure projects. Del Valle spoke about the largest infrastructure plan in the country’s history. “Infrastructure has become a major bottleneck,” he said. “We could not continue to resolve this drop by drop…we had to bring a significant transformation.”
