AS/COA, Led by Susan Segal, Holds Meetings in Santiago, Chile

The AS/COA President and CEO met with leaders from the Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance, as well as economic advisers to presidential candidates.

AS/COA organized a series of private, off-the-record meetings in Santiago, Chile with a group of senior executives and investors to engage with key government officials, as well as presidential candidates and their teams, as the country prepares for November elections.

The meetings' agendas offered participants valuable insights into Chile’s evolving political landscape, economic priorities, and the potential impact on the business and investment climate.

Meetings with two presidential candidates' teams

Segal met with Juan Sutil, the strategic coordinator of Evelyn Matthei’s presidential campaign, and members of her economic team on August 18. The next day, Segal met with Jorge Quiróz, economic advisor to presidential candidate José Antonio Kast.
