Cristián Carafí is a managing director & partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he leads the People & Organization practice in Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Colombia. Since joining BCG in 2007, he has provided support to leading global companies in strategy, digital transformation, and reorganization across multiple regions. More recently, he has been involved in redefining their work models in response to the new realities brought about by COVID-19. Cristián holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
