Join the Women’s Hemispheric Network as we celebrate our fifth annual conference in New York City. This year’s conference, “Innovations in Leadership,” will bring together professional women and men from a variety of sectors to discuss gender parity in the workplace and best practices in developing female talent. Conference participants will also have the opportunity to network and join in the conversation during lunch with table leaders. Please note that this year’s event will be on the record and open to the press.

This event will be webcast from 9 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. No registration to watch the webcast is required.

Om Arora is the regional head for Pfizer’s Innovative Health business in Latin America. Prior to this role, he was the regional president of Latin America and Canada for Pfizer’s Vaccines business. During his career at Pfizer, Arora has held positions of increasing responsibility in market research, global marketing and commercial development for Pfizer’s Specialty Care and Oncology businesses.

Bernadette Aulestia is the executive vice president of global distribution for Home Box Office, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing all distribution operations of the company’s services and platforms worldwide. Internationally, she is responsible for the operations of HBO branded networks in 67 countries. Domestically, she leads distribution efforts for the premium networks HBO and Cinemax. Fany Gerson is founder and chef at La Newyorkina, an artisanal Mexican frozen treats and sweets business founded in 2010. She is also chef and co-owner of Dough, an artisan gourmet doughnut shop in New York. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Gerson has worked in a range of fine-dining kitchens around the world including three Michelin starred Akelare in Spain and Eleven Madison Park in New York.
