The AS/COA Cuba Working Group partnered with CAF - Development Bank of Latin America for a half-day conference on current U.S.-Cuba relations, agreements, and investment opportunities on the island. "We believe that we need to support the reform process in Cuba," said CAF's Germán Ríos, describing the development bank's current projects in Cuba, including an innovation and entrepreneurship incubator with the University of Havana as well as technical assistance for financial reforms.
