Video: International Investors Cautious but Optimistic about Argentina

A panel of international investors at the Argentina Investment Conference 2016 on June 24 agreed there was renewed interest in the country, from technology to renewable energy. Investors are still cautious, though, points out GIC's Anthony Lim, as they wait to see how President Mauricio Macri's new economic policies unfold. Current high inflation rates are one concern, says J.P. Morgan's Martin Marron. Though, once it starts falling, as economist project will be the case for the second half the year, investment may come in "brute force," he said.
