Video - Energy Reform in Mexico: Challenges and Opportunities

Mexican legislators discussed the country's energy reform at AS/COA on December 1st in New York. Lawmakers debated challenges to implementation, what is happening during different bidding phases in the sector, expectations about lower electricity and fuel prices in the future, and other legislation necessary to finalize a complete overhaul of the country's energy sector. The panelists addressed specific examples of infrastructure needs and natural resource exploration in each of the states represented.
