Renato Tastardi Portella is a partner at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate compliance matters for both privately and publicly held companies. Portella also advises clients on a wide range of executive compensation matters. He earned a Bachelor of law degree from the Universidade de São Paulo, a postgraduate degree in economic law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, as well as a Master’s degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
