    Overview

    The Council of the Americas will hold an off-the-record breakfast with the Ambassador of Paraguay to the U.S. Igor Pangrazio Vera.

    Pangrazio will discuss investment, trade, energy, agriculture, and Paraguay’s role in the Western Hemisphere. He began his post on September 11, 2014 and previously served in London, Buenos Aires, and Brasilia.
