    Overview

    Council of the Americas will hold a private, off-the-record conversation with Brazilian Minister of Agriculture Blairo Maggi.

    Maggi will discuss food security, sustainability, market access, and prospects for the Brazilian agriculture sector, which remains an important bright spot for the country’s economy.

    The minister will speak in Portuguese with simultaneous interpretation provided.
