Gonzalo Costa is co-founder and director of NXTP Labs. He has experience in private equity and venture capital and has been providing consulting services related to management and strategy focusing on venture creation and financing in emerging markets. Mr. Costa has participated as angel investor in several projects. He holds an MBA from Duke University, and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica Argentina.

Carlos R. de la Vega has been president of the Argentina Chamber of Commerce (Cámara Argentina de Comercio) since April of 2003. Previously, he was president of the Permanent Secretariat of the Hemispheric Congress of Chambers of Commerce and president of the Iberoamerican Association of Chambers of Commerce. Mr. De La Vega is member of the Board of Directors of the Fundación de Investigaciones Económicas Latinoamericanas (FIEL) and has held previous positions such as include founding member of the Council of Chambers of Commerce of MERCOSUR, member of the YPF S.A.

Andy Freire
Co-founder, Officenet, Axialent, and Restorando
Andy Freire is Axialent's co-founder and CEO. Entrepreneur in the business and social domains, after working at Procter & Gamble, he founded and led Officenet, a company that revolutionized the industry of distribution (retail) of office supplies in Latin America growing from one to almost a thousand employees in a 4 year span. When he was 18, he created the Fundacion Iniciativa, for the promotion of leadership among the Latin American youth.

Marcos Galperin
CEO, MercadoLibre
Marcos Galperin is president and CEO of MercadoLibre Inc and is president of the Board of Directors. He is a co-founder of the company which is now a dominant player in the Latin American region with sites across nine countries including Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico. Additionally, every month the company manages more than 1.2 million transactions, attracting 750,000 unique buyers. Mr. Galperin is a board member of Endeavor and a board member of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to MercadoLibre, he worked in the fixed income department of J.P.

Débora Giorgi
Minister of Industry, Argentina
H.E. Débora Giorgi has been minister of Industry of Argentina since June of 2010. Previously, she was minister of industry and tourism from October 2009 to June 2010 and minister of production from December of 2008 to October of 2009. Minister Giorgi was also minister of production of the Province of Buenos Aires from December 2005 to November 2008. In addition, Minister Giorgi was director of the Center for International Business at the Unión Industrial Argentina from July 2004 to December 2005 and partner of Alpha Estudio Economía y Negocios S.A. from 2002 to 2005.

Hernán Gaspar Lorenzino
Minister of Economy and Public Finance, Argentina
H.E. Hernán Gaspar Lorenzino has been Argentina’s Minister of Economy since 2011. Previously, Minister Lorenzino was appointed secretary of finance under the minister of economy Carlos Rafael Fernández, where he renegotiated the second phase of the Argentine debt restructuring. He was also the financial representative for Argentina in the United States, serving in Washington D.C. Prior to that, Minister Lorenzino was provincial director of funding policy and public credit for the Province of Buenos Aires, appointed in 2004.

Martin Migoya
CEO, Globant
Martin Migoya is CEO and co-founder of Globant. He has lived and worked in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and UK. Under his direction, the company has had a growth rate of 100% per year and employs 1000 professionals. Prior to co-founding Globant, Mr. Migoya was director of Business Development at a large consulting and technology services company, developing the IT and ERP market in Brazil and Argentina. He has extensive experience in business management, sales and marketing.
Ali Moshiri
President, Chevron Africa and Latin America Exploration and Production Company
Ali Moshiri is president, Chevron Africa and Latin America Exploration and Production Company, a newly formed organization based in Houston, Texas. He joined Chevron as a reservoir engineer and later as a drilling engineer. Mr. Moshiri became senior production engineer with supervisory responsibilities in the Gulf of Mexico in 1983 and served as supervisor of reservoir and facilities engineering for Chevron Energy Technology Company in Houston, with responsibilities supporting upstream activities.

Francisco Pérez
Governor of Mendoza, Argentina
Hon. Francisco Pérez has been governor of the province of Mendoza, Argentina since October 23, 2011. Prior to being elected governor, he served as Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Transport for the government of Mendoza, beginning in 2007. He was Undersecretary of Labor during the federal intervention of Santiago del Estero from 2004 to 2005 and between 1998 and 2007 he practiced independently in family law, probate and employment law. During that time, Governor Pérez also served as a legal adviser in the Ministry of Social Development and Health Management R.U.S.

Jorge Sapag
Governor of Neuquen, Argentina
Hon. Jorge Augusto Sapag, a member of the Neuquino People's Movement (MPN) party, has been governor of the Province of Neuquén since 2007 – with a term until 2011. He was reelected as governor until in 2011 until 2015. Previously, Governor Sapag was elected vice governor of Neuquén Province in 1999, under Governor Jorge Sobisch. Also under Governor Sobisch, Sapag served as minister of government, education, and justice from 1991 to 1995.

Susan Segal
President and CEO, AS/COA
Susan Segal was elected president and CEO of the Americas Society and Council of the Americas in August 2003 after working in the private sector with Latin America and other emerging markets for over 30 years. Prior to her current position, she was a founding partner of her own investment and advisory group focused primarily on Latin America and the US Hispanic Sector.
