Colombian Senator Ivan Duque Márquez of the “No campaign” outlined the points to be resolved to move forward the peace process at an event hosted by COA.

The Colombian peace process was discussed by a member of the country’s Democratic Centre Party, Senator Ivan Duque Marquez, who outlined many of the issues that need to be resolved. In October 2016, Colombian voters narrowly rejected a peace agreement with the FARC rebel group that would have ended more than 50 years of civil war. The Council of the Americas hosted this event....
