Ana Carla Abrão is a partner at Oliver Wyman Consulting. She is former secretary of state for finance of Goiás and now president of the Fiscal Management Council of the City of São Paulo. She has a wide and award-winning academic resume in credit studies and an extensive financial market career in institutions such as the FGC (Deposit Insurance System), Banco Central, Consultoria Tendências and Banco Itaú, where she worked until 2014 as a director in the field of ​​risk control.

CTO and Founder, MasterTech

Camila Achutti is an entrepreneur, CTO, and cofounder of Ponte21 and Mastertech. World reference in the fight for more women in technology, Achutti won the Women of Vision 2015 award, being the first Latin student to receive such honor. Founder of the blog Women in Computing, she spoke at a TEDx in a soccer stadium and traveled to Brazil teaching more than 15,000 young people to create applications from the Amazon to communities in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Fontes is an entrepreneur and expert in female empowerment and female entrepreneurship. She founded Rede Mulher Empreendedora, the first and largest network to support female entrepreneurs in Brazil. She has been a mentor and a judge in numerous entrepreneurship competitions. She is also a professor in the Entrepreneurship Program at Insper, a consultant in the project Itaú Mulher Empreendedora and a consultant in the FGV/Goldman Sachs’s program 10.000 Women.

Fabian Gil became President of Dow in Latin America in January 2016, with the responsibility of developing and coordinating Dow's strategy in Brazil and Latin America. He began his career at Dow in 1992 as a sales representative at Dow AgroSciences. Three years later, he was appointed to the Marketing Manager position for the Southern Cone herbicide portfolio. In 2000, he moved to Indianapolis, Dow AgroSciences' global headquarters in the US, where he held the position of Marketing and Sales Leader for the Americas.
