The experts agreed that open data can be crucial to boost innovation and create efficiency, but it is important for citizens to be able to access and use data about their cities. Tranforming Latin American citizen dissatisfaction into engagement that results in government action is key for innovation in an urban environment to thrive, said Citi's Josh Moskowitz.
