"If we don’t have an intentional program to remove the obstacles for women to grow, then it will take a really, really long time to close the gender gap," Duda Kertész said at the Latin American Business Conference 2018, organized by AS/COA's Young Professionals of the Americas. The Johnson & Johnson executive shared her personal experience advancing in her career, as well as her thoughts on implementing temporary gender quotas and looking for sponsors versus mentors.
