When Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visits U.S. President Barack Obama this week, it will be the first time in nearly 20 years there's a U.S. state dinner with a Canadian leader. Since his electoral campaign, Trudeau has made North American collaboration, on trade in particular, a priority. At a Council of Americas panel in Washington DC, experts discussed issues from passing the Trans-Pacific Partnership to border relations to Mexico ties.
