CCTV: Farnsworth on the Income Gap in Panama

Fifty percent of the rural population and 28 percent of all Panamanians live below the poverty line. COA's Eric Farnworth and CCTV discuss the Central American country's income gap, which Farnsworth says is "wide but narrowing." While Panama is lacking a strong middle class, it does have the advantage of being a service economy, as it works to improve technology, the economy, and education.
