Susan Clancy

Susan Clancy is an associate professor at INCAE Business School in organizational behavior and research director of INCAE’s center of women’s leadership. Her current research is on human performance in the workplace, strategic talent management, employment equity, and diversity strategy. Clancy is a consultant in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, and various countries in Central America for Coca-Cola, HSBC, General Mills, Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, and Intel. She is also an adviser to government agencies, educational institutions, and development banks. Clancy applies her research background to help individuals maximize their leadership potential and organizations respond to human problems with effective policies, products, and service. She holds a PhD in experimental psychology from Harvard University.
