Paul Adán

Vice President, Hotel Development, Caribbean & Latin American Region, Marriott International & Ritz-Carlton

Paul Adán is the vice president of Lodging Development for Marriott International Inc. and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for the Caribbean and Latin America region. Mr. Adán is responsible for hotel development of all the brands for Latin America (excluding Mexico and Brazil) including Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, Edition, The Ritz-Carlton, Autograph Collection, JW Marriott, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Renaissance Hotels, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn and Marriott Executive Apartments. Prior to holding executive positions with NH Hoteles and CB Richard Ellis and being CEO and co‐founder of CF Hospitality LLC & Soul Hotels, Paul worked with Meliá Inversiones Americanas as Development Manager, coordinating the purchase of the Meliá México Reforma in Mexico City, and as Development Director for Sol Meliá, overseeing the development of the new Paradisus Coco Beach Resort in Puerto Rico. Mr. Adán graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a Bachelors of Science in Finance & Marketing.

 

Paul Adán es vicepresidente de desarrollo de Marriott International Inc. y Ritz-Carlton para la región del Caribe y América Latina. Paul es el responsable de la construcción de hoteles de todas las marcas (excluyendo México y Brasil), incluyendo hoteles Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, Edition, The Ritz-Carlton, Autograph Collection, JW Marriott, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Renaissance Hotels, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn y Marriott Executive Apartments. Antes de ocupar puestos ejecutivos en NH Hoteles y CB Richard Ellis y haber sido director general y co-fundador de CF Hospitality LLC y Hoteles Alma, Pablo trabajó con Meliá Inversiones Americanas como gerente de desarrollo y como director de desarrollo de Sol Meliá. Paul se graduó de la Escuela de Administración Hotelera de la Universidad de Cornell con una licenciatura en finanzas y marketing.
