Duda Kertész

President, U.S. HealthE, Johnson & Johnson Consumer

Duda Kertész is president of U.S. HealthE at Johnson & Johnson Consumer. Prior to her current experience, Kertész lead the J&J Consumer Business in Brazil for five years, leading the second largest operating unit of J&J globally. Kertész is a global co-leader for Women’s Leadership Initiative for J&J Consumer and prior to that has been the founder of the Latin America WLI chapter. Kertész started her J&J career in 1993 as a marketing intern and has worked her way up through the ranks until become marketing director for Brazil in 2003. In 2007 she was appointed vice president for the Baby Global Business Unit for Latin America, adding Beauty GBU LATAM to her leadership responsibilities a year later. Prior to joining J&J, Kertész worked for three years at Schering-Plough Brazil. Born and raised in Brazil, Kertész has earned a BS degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo and a certificate of special studies in administration and management from Harvard Extension School.
