In collaboration with Visual Arts at Americas Society, the Young Professionals of the Americas (YPA) is organizing a private tour of the exhibition Hélio Oiticica: To Organize Delirium at the Whitney Museum of American Art led by Tisch fellow Maibritt Borgen.

Oiticica (1937–1980) is among Brazil’s foremost contemporary artists, and the Whitney Museum exhibition is a full survey of his career that includes his early work with the Neo-Concrete Movement, to his immersive environments and the various projects created during his extended travels to New York during the 1970s. Read more about the exhibit here.

The tour will last approximately one hour and will be followed by a happy hour nearby.
