YPA: Private Tasting and Holiday Cocktail with Chilean Chef Francisco Mandiola

The Young Professionals of the Americas (YPA) will be hosting a private tasting by renowned Chilean chef Francisco Mandiola. An intimate holiday cocktail with members of the initiative will follow.

Chef Francisco Mandiola is considered a cultural ambassador for Chile. He has been featured for three consecutive years as Best Chef by Chile’s Association of Gastronomic Writers and Wikén magazine, and has received several prestigious awards for his culinary skills. Mandiola was also recently selected to create the dinner menu for AS/COA’s Pacific Alliance Dinner during the United Nations General Assembly this year. Check the video here!

Mandiola’s cuisine tells stories and showcases ingredients and dishes characteristic of Chilean culture.

Capacity for this event is very limited since the event takes place at a private residence.

The tasting portion is reserved for YPA Steering Committee and YPA Silver members only. Post-tasting cocktails are open to all YPA members on a first come, first serve basis.
