    Overview

    Council of the Americas will host a private welcome reception for Luis Miguel Castilla, the new ambassador of Peru to the U.S.

    Previously, Castilla served as Peru's minister of economy and finance from 2011 to 2014. He presented his credentials at the White House on February 23.
