Overview
The Council of the Americas will hold a private, off-the-record meeting on Venezuela’s oil sector, its current status and future outcomes, with Ramón Espinasa, Lead Oil and Gas specialist at the Energy Division of the Inter-American Development Bank.
Dr. Espinasa worked at Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) where he was Chief Economist between 1992 and 1999.
