The U.S. Congressional Agenda with Senator Tim Kaine

Council of the Americas will hold a public conversation on the U.S. Congressional agenda with Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA). 

A member of the Senate Foreign Relations and Armed Services Committees, Senator Kaine has a long history of public service and interest in Western Hemisphere affairs. Last month, he traveled to Mexico, Honduras, and Colombia to meet with government officials, members of civil society, and representatives from the private sector on trade and regional economic growth, as well as immigration and security.

In this wide-ranging conversation, Senator Kaine will share his views on U.S. policy towards the region in the run-up to the Seventh Summit of the Americas.
