He spent 5 years working closely with renowned oenologists from Mendoza as well as wine writer and critic Phil Unger. Whether you’re a beginner or an aficionado, this small and intimate class will explore the process of professionally tasting wine—uncorking, pouring, decanting, serving, tasting—through the world of Malbecs, both from Argentina and other countries.
