    Council of the Americas will hold a members-only, off-the-record luncheon discussion with the ambassador of Chile to the United States, Juan Gabriel Valdés.

    Ambassador Valdés will discuss the current economic and political landscape in Chile in the run up to constitutional reform efforts later this year.
