Overview

Council of the Americas will hold a private, off-the-record conversation on Argentina with the State Department’s director of the Office of Brazil and Southern Cone Affairs, Tim Stater.

Stater recently returned to Washington after serving as the economic counselor at the U.S. embassy in Buenos Aires from 2012 to 2015. He is an excellent resource on Argentine politics and economic policy in the run-up to the October 25 presidential elections.
