About Malka

Meyer “Micky” Malka is the founder of Ribbit Capital, a venture capital firm targeting early-stage companies that bring technology and innovation to the financial services industry. Ribbit Capital is currently invested in over 40 companies globally. Malka has more than 20 years of experience building and investing in technology and financial services companies across four continents. During his career, he has co-founded Heptagon Group, co-developed the online brokerage Patagon.com, co-founded Banco Lemon, co-founded and served as co-CEO of Bling Nation until the company evolved into Lemon, and co-founded Banco Bracce. Malka serves on the board of directors of many privately held companies and serves on the board of directors of MercadoLibre. He graduated with a degree in economics from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela.
