President Obama is headed to Guadalajara, Mexico to speak with his counterparts in Canada and Mexico about the recovery of the auto industry. One topic of discussion, and a particular sore spot, is the issue of cross-border trucking...

Chris Sabatini: There's been over $4 million worth of losses. It really has opened up and undercut a lot of the intended free trade provisions of NAFTA.
