  • Data about the earthquake from the U.S. Geological Survey.

  • Wired.com launched Haiti Rewired, a collaborative community focused on tech and infrastructure solutions for Haiti. The goal of the site is to provide a gathering place for constructive and sustained dialogue about best practices in the coming reconstruction. The community is built on the Ning social blogging platform, which means anyone can join and start contributing alongside core contributors and experts hand selected by Wired.com.

  • ReliefWeb offers updates on ways that various countries and agencies are providing support, whether monetarily or by sending humanitarian workers. The page also includes maps showing seismic activities.

  • USAID offers a resource page offering information about disaster assistance, including information about donating cash and volunteering.

  • The State Department Operations Center has set up the following number for Americans seeking information about family members in Haiti: 1-888-407-4747.

  • Get updates from america.gov. about NGO efforts, ways to help, articles, fact sheet.
